Gemma Benson - PTFA Chair

My name is Gemma Benson and I am the PTFA Chair, I can be contacted via email at ptfa@gmail.com.
My daughter Halle is in year 2.
I work full time for Motorsport Vision which is based at Brands Hatch race circuit in Kent. I have worked for the company for 20yrs and now work from home in Devon. I am the championship coordinator for British F3.
Along with my love of motorsport, I also love baking and walking our two border collies.
I took on the position of chair as I wanted to be involved with making Shute the best school it can be and by working with teachers and parents we are able to raise much needed funds to help improve school life for the children.

Kate Henley - Treasurer

I live in Axminster and have 2 children.
I am deputy manager of a care home supporting deafblind adults.
My hobbies include spending time with family, socialising with friends and baking.

Kate Williams - Joint-secretary

Mum to Oscar and Elsa, both at Shute Primary, I am a journalist and editor working for several publications including Devon Life magazine. My lifelong love of horses takes up much of my spare time, having a horse of my own and a pony for Elsa. I also enjoy cooking and baking when I'm not working or running the holiday cottage with my farmer husband, Matt.
